Repeat Prescriptions

Requests can be made in the following ways:

  • By post - complete the tear-off section of your previous months prescription (or a repeat prescription slip) and put it in the box in the foyer.

  • Online - Please click on the following link:  New users are required to collect their log-in password from reception by showing a form of identification.

Remember to order your prescription when you still have a weeks supply at home.

Please allow TWO full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Please Note: We do not accept requests over the telephone.

We are upgrading to the next phase of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean that almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically from Wednesday 4th December

Electronic prescriptions help save the NHS money.

You will receive your prescriptions in the same way as you do now.

Read more about EPS on the NHS website.

    Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
